Come and discover the art of Japanese pastries with Emma Obadina, an international pastry chef specialising in the field. During a workshop, you’ll have the chance to make Nerikiri, small pastries made from sweet white bean paste, glutinous rice flour and filled with red bean paste.
Nerikiri go very well with Japanese tea, which is why they are often included in tea ceremonies.
What’s more, if you’d like to try other pastries, you can buy some directly from his stand!
Please note: the very last workshop in the evening is reserved for adults only.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the workshop begins.
